When you purchase a webinar recording from Powers Plants, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to view the recording for your own use.

By purchasing, you agree that you will not:

• Share, forward, or distribute the recording or your access link to anyone else
• Post or upload the recording to any website, social media platform, or file-sharing service
• Screen or present the recording publicly, including for clubs, classes, meetings, or organizations
• Reproduce, excerpt, or create derivative works from the recording or its materials

All content — including the video, slides, and any accompanying materials — remains the sole property and copyright of Amy Powers / Powers Plants. Purchasing a recording does not transfer any ownership rights.

Access to the recording is for the purchaser only and may not be resold or transferred.
