The water feature in Amy’s front yard begins with water cascading from a Spillway Bowl down a Pondless Waterfall into a Bird Beach.

In the backyard, two stacked spheres — available as a kit — create a second stunning water feature. For installation guidance, the Aquascape YouTube channel has a wide variety of helpful videos: https://www.youtube.com/TEAMAquascape

These water features attract a wide variety of bird species, promoting biodiversity while giving birds a fresh source of water to drink and bathe in. Species Amy has spotted enjoying the feature include Mourning Dove, American Goldfinch, Robin, Red-Winged Blackbird, Cardinal, House Finch, Common Grackle, Purple Finch, a Mallard mother with ducklings, and House Sparrows — though note that House Sparrows are an invasive species known to be aggressive toward native birds.
